  • How to schedule a delivery in the San Antonio, TX Area?
    After you have verified you are within our delivery area, send an email to stacy@mamasbakedcookies.com with your order information and location for delivery. We will let you know how soon your cookies can be delivered. We ask that you give us 2 days' advanced notice to schedule your delivery to ensure that we can get your cookies to you on time. Cookies are made to order and will be delivered as soon as possible.
  • Can I make special requests or special orders?
    Yes, you can email us at stacy@mamasbakedcookies.com and we will do all we can to grant your request or let you know all your options that are possible.
  • How to schedule a pickup time for your cookies?
    After completing your order send an email to stacy@mamasbakedcookies.com with order details and desired date and time. If that time is available we will send you details on pickup location. If the date and time are not available we will give you alternate choices. Once you agree on a new date and time we will confirm and send you pickup location information.
  • Can you make orders for special events like weddings or large parties?
    Yes, email us all the details of the event and the choices you would like to stacy@mamasbakedcookies.com and we will send you a quote that you can review and let us know if you accept. Ask about our wedding discount.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
